Rita is a passionate changemaker and the visionary behind Aesthesis Foundation and Speshally. With 24+ years of corporate experience across the Middle East, Goa, and Mumbai, and an MBA in Marketing & Public Relations, she blends strategic insight with purpose-driven leadership. Through Aesthesis, she empowers the visually impaired via skill development and training. Her latest venture, Speshally, is a sustainable social enterprise offering inclusive, eco-conscious gifting solutions that empower youth and persons with disabilities (PWDs). Recognized with awards like the Rex Karmaveer Chakra, Alpha Awards, and the Indian Achievers Award for Best Community Service.

Rolif is a business leader with 14 years of global experience in supply chain and operations at Reckitt and Sanofi. Previously Head of Supply Chain for a $6B region, he led a team of 200. Rolif now aims to apply his expertise to make Speshally NHS a sustainable social enterprise. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, reading, and ambidextrous practice.
