Rita RegoFounder & CEO

Her journey has been a long & interesting one; spanning from being a budding corporate aficionado, into the Co-Founder and Director of the Aesthesis Foundation. She has been awarded the INDIAN ACHIEVERS' AWARD by the Indian Achievers' Forum, New Delhi & Vyapaar Jagat for the Best Community Service for the year 2021-22. With a strong background in program and project management, an MBA focussed on Marketing and Public Relations from National Institute of Management and 20 years of working in the best corporates under her belt, Rita is poised to take her vision of empowerment a step ahead with ‘New Horizon Solutions.’ New Horizons Solutions is a sustainable social enterprise model built to measure and multiply the impact on the society by making it more Sustainable, Inclusive and Environment friendly especially for the Youth & PWD. |
Rolif CornelioCo-Founder & COO
+91 85914 92010 rcornelio[at]newhorizonsolutions.co.in Rolif Cornelio is a business leader with 14 years of experience working with Reckitt and Sanofi, in US, Canada, Singapore, Tokyo & Mumbai. He is an expert in End to End Supply Chain & Operations, leveraging it as a business enabler, from product ideation, launch, scaling and lifecycle management. In his last role, he was the Head of Supply Chain for a perimeter covering the Gulf, Turkey & Levant, Eurasia, Asia & Japan Pacific responsible for about 6B$ of sales, leading a high performing team of 200 people. He is excited to bring his vast experience in Operations management to make New Horizon Solutions a longer term sustainable Social Enterprise. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and a Masters in Industrial and Operations Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In his free time, Rolif likes to play soccer and read books. His current focus is on his ability to brush equally well with either hand.

Karan Shirsekar
Karan is our inhouse expert in making books and other stationary items. While has a no vision in his right eye and limited visibility in his left eye, he uses his sense of touch to make beautiful products for you.
Apart from making books, he manages our inventory and attends pop ups.
Natasha Jackson
Natasha is our magical candle maker.. While she has Dyslexia, she doesn't let that come in her way of making outstanding candles of different shapes, colors and fragrances.
Apart from making candles, she manages administration of our offices and attends pop ups.
Hansel D'souza
Hansel is our happiness generator! He joined us a few months ago and is spreading cheers everyday. While he has Down Syndrome, he doesn't let that stop him from making beautiful drawings, which he is proud to display when anyone visits us.
Shubham Ghevade
Shubham is our inhouse social media expert. He loves photography, making videos and creating content that people love. While he has low vision, he doesn't let that come in the way of creating some really good content for all to see.
Vicky Darji
Vicky is our Pop-up expert, he wins hearts everywhere he goes. He is visually impaired, but doesn't let that stop him from traveling all over Mumbai by himself, speaking about our products and what we do.
Apart from pop-ups, Vicky does tele-sales and uses technology to use computers and keep track of all calls
Dixita Jadhav
Dixita is our power recruiter, managing mid-senior level roles.
She is a creative person, she likes to paint canvas , wall painting and loves to cook as well!
Saba Shaikh
Saba is our resident expert on Diversity (DEI) hiring.
She is a foodie and loves exploring new cuisines!
