Returns & Exchange Policy

We strive to make every transaction at our website smooth. We deliver our products with great care and follow the highest quality standards. We do not accept returns on products that are delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product can only be returned under the following conditions-

You have received a product that is different from the one you selected during order confirmation

You have found a quality or a manufacturing defect on the product you received.

You have received a product that is damaged.

 

However, if the product is delivered wrongly (product does not match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we offer options for full refund or re-delivery of your orders!

Return Process

  1. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receiving the product and only for the following reasons:

Damaged product Manufacturing defect Incorrect product The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You cannot cancel your order once it is placed.

  1. Please send us two images (one of the damaged part and one of the whole product) of the product for us to determine the reason for return. You can send us the images on admin@newhorizonsolutions.co.in from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

  2. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been approved, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and the refund process will start within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. Product should be unused and in its original condition

Karan Shirsekar

Karan is our inhouse expert in making books and other stationary items. While has a no vision in his right eye and limited visibility in his left eye, he uses his sense of touch to make beautiful products for you.

Apart from making books, he manages our inventory and attends pop ups.

Natasha Jackson

Natasha is our magical candle maker.. While she has Dyslexia, she doesn't let that come in her way of making outstanding candles of different shapes, colors and fragrances.

Apart from making candles, she manages administration of our offices and attends pop ups.

Hansel D'souza

Hansel is our happiness generator! He joined us a few months ago and is spreading cheers everyday. While he has Down Syndrome, he doesn't let that stop him from making beautiful drawings, which he is proud to display when anyone visits us.

Shubham Ghevade

Shubham is our inhouse social media expert. He loves photography, making videos and creating content that people love. While he has low vision, he doesn't let that come in the way of creating some really good content for all to see.

Vicky Darji

Vicky is our Pop-up expert, he wins hearts everywhere he goes. He is visually impaired, but doesn't let that stop him from traveling all over Mumbai by himself, speaking about our products and what we do.
